Microsoft Email Migration

In 2015 I was the assistant project manager for the largest IT project at Western Michigan University, the migration from Merit's Zimbra Mail platform to Microsoft Exchange-based Office 365. I was the daily point person with the contracted migration vendor and managed call marketing, communications, user support, training, migration scheduling, and migration data validation and testing.
