Student Success Hub
Powered by Salesforce, Student Success Hub brings together support services from across campus into one online platform, giving Broncos the team and the tools they need to succeed. I manged this project, which increased overall student satisfaction from 74% to 94% within the first year of operation.Â
Microsoft Email Migration
I was the assistant project manager for one of WMU's largest IT projects, migrating from Merit's Zimbra Mail to Microsoft Office 365.
2FA, Campus-wide
